Chris has diverse experience in the manufacturing and distribution, technology and professional service sectors. He consults on implementation and accounting for stock-based awards in addition to accounting for complex capital structure, and has experience in due diligence engagements representing both the target and acquirer.

He manages staff on various financial statement engagements for the Firm including audits, reviews and compilations, ensuring that all reports adhere to current standards. Chris consults with clients on complex tax planning and savings strategies, as well as supervises the tax compliance process for both corporate and individual tax returns.  He also provides consultation to clients for accounting software implementation.
