Harjinder is a founder and CFO of StearClear. Originally from the UK, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA UK).  Previously with Barclays, Harjinder has been based in London, New York and Singapore and was appointed head of Finance Projects in the Asia Pacific Region. Returning to NY in 2003, Harjinder founded ALaS Consulting LLC, a firm that specialized in business process and systems change in the Capital Markets industry.  In June 2011, ALaS was sold to the Virtusa Corporation.
