Mr. Vazquez earned his Masters (1993) degree in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, and a Bachelors from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1991. He is also a graduate of the GE Edison Engineering Program. Mr. Vazquez previously held positions with General Electric, Lockheed Martin, and Cox and Company.  He founded F3 in 1999 and continues to direct its operations. Mr. Vazquez is currently the President and CTO of Form Fit and Function, LLC (F3 Engineering) located in Paterson, NJ.
