Thomas founded Voice Integrators, Inc. in 1989, and later renamed the company Viecore, Inc. to better reflect the company’s broadening range of technical services. Mr. Chisholm was responsible for all strategic business, infrastructure and leadership direction at Viecore, and built a management and sales team that exemplified his vision and company culture for the long-term viability of the firm. Viecore became a leading consulting, software development and systems integration firm specializing in enterprise-level customer interaction solutions. His unique style of customer relationship marketing and salesperson positioning and coaching through the long lead times inherent in this industry have proven successful – achieving double digit growth year-on-year since 1989.

During 2007, Nuance Communications acquired Viecore, together creating one of the world’s most talented, most comprehensive and most widely recognized Enterprise service organizations focused on customer care and interactions within the contact center space. Tom managed the efforts of Nuance’s Enterprise business unit as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Products and Services. Tom drove a deep organizational understanding and passion for customer advocacy in the Enterprise business and mentored the sales organization with his proven processes in winning sales.

Tom’s leadership and expertise have been recognized with numerous awards and honors from partners, customers, industry leaders and the media. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Marketing.
