I looked through the books. I saw no underlining, highlighting, or other markings in the concordance. The Bible did have several occasions of either underlining or marginal notations. The occurrences are generally pretty mild (see pictures for examples).
A nice touch is the illustrated colophon describing the typeface.
The illustrated field guide inside is my favorite part of the book.
